The Challenge

XOJET is the third largest private aviation company in the US. Private aviation struggled in the financial crisis of 2008. In 2013, XOJET hired a new CMO and created their new brand campaign – TAKE COMMAND. To increase market share, they needed to not only separate the brand from other private aviation companies like NetJets & FlexJet, they needed to leverage digital marketing in a smarter way. That’s when GRAIN was brought on-board.
